If I Were Type A

I am so glad March is over. This year has been a bear so far. I am totally looking forward to having the week off.

The plan is to catch up on my reading for classes. We will see how that goes.

Today starts two blogging challenges. I am doing them for the challenge and the variety they offer. They will run simultaneously.

The Ultimate Blogging Challenge: A post a day all month. 100 word minimum.

The A2Z Challenge 26 days all themed by the letter of the day using the English alphabet.

I had been working on what would potentially be a post that will fit I think nicely for today.

If I were Type A:

I would be OCD
I might be Anorexic
I would get up early
My house would be clean
I would be more entrepreneurial
I might be annoying
I would be in Mensa already
My head would rule my heart
I would seem imbalanced
I would get straight A's
I'd have written books
I would be hoarding web sites
I would not be single
I might be a dominatrix
I could be rich
I would believe if you're on time you're late

Thankfully I am just me.

There is a balance between my heart and my head that helps me feel balanced and stay relate able. I am messy creative. The best is yet to come. There is still time to do all those things like write a book, make it rich and host a killer web site.

The Mensa test looms for both me and my daughter. She is smart. I have more life experiences but other than that she keeps me on my toes and can do what I can do.

My dad used to get up early and my mom was a compulsive cleaner growing up. I thought that is what my adulthood would look like. Recently I was joking with my daughter saying what if I had gotten the opposite bits and pieces of their personalities.

It is only in recent years that I have realized how domineering my personality can be. Worse how needy the world is for leadership.

More importantly I am coming into my latent potential. I am noticing how people respond to me and what they see in me that I take for granted.

  1. Sounds like you have a lot of potential for just about anything!

  2. Yes! and thank you. It is a great feeling to think: "My futures so bright I gotta wear shades."

I am also as optimistic as I am rational and logical. The same potential is true for all who can perceive it and even some who are just still here on planet earth.

  3. I love the phrase "messy creative". YES! I like to think that's how I'd describe myself as well!

Stopping by from the A-Z Challenge. Nice to meet you!

  4. Hahahahah love it. Yes I like labels at times. It helps to know and own our strengths. I need to get to see some AtoZ challenger posts today. Some of the blogs looked interesting when I signed up. After a nap though. My morning has been early and random already.

    1. The URL is in the button on the top of the page to the left. You can also search with a search engine and it should pop right up. Plus there is an FB group. I will try to find you and link you there. How did I miss that you had not joined already. The next one starts...on Monday I think... lol
