If you are frustrated or seemingly disaffected

While I continue here on the relationships theme look at a previous post which someone has repictured and shared on their blog. So excited so thankful!

I stumbled upon some John Gray videos the other weekend. He always just makes sense to me. I guess I saw an infomercial one afternoon when I was in my early 20's.

Back then it was Men are from Mars Women are from Venus.

Now he has revamped to try and help people navigate the problems of more modern relationships. I like that he shares he tried the normal man things on his wife and she responded in ways he did not expect.

He is real. What he shares in his talks and writings has come out of figuring what to do that works and why people end up in the ruts they are in.

I am always interested in the natural ways people can keep their bodies in best working order. What we think and how we process information can add to or detract from the amount of cortisol we are producing.
